Timberline’s hockey team kicked off their 25-26 season with a 9-1 blowout win against Can-Ada last Tuesday. Colton Tillotson carried the Pack on his back with a hat trick and an assist.
Tillotson, number 19, racked up two goals in a mere 57 seconds to break open the scoring. From there, the game exploded. Number 7, Merrick Rogers, ended the first with another goal. Loukas Choutka (#68), Gabe Blankenship (#17), William Fisher (#13), and Tillotson combined for four more goals in the second period with assists from Nick Cerchione (#88), Pennington Luangaphany (#2), Thomas Howell (#24), Mason Gersack (#90), Isaiah Unruh (#9), Tillotson, Blankenship, and Choutka.

In the third, Can-Ada tried to strike back. Number 61, Nicholas McClure got the only goal for the opposing team. Despite their best efforts, Can-Ada could not muster enough strength to complete a comeback. Timberline won 9-1. Week one complete.
