Varsity Football this year made up for last season, finishing the regular season with a record of 5-3. They then hosted the Owyhee Storm at Dona Larsen Field for a ¨Winner to State¨ game and went on to beat Owyhee 36-35 in an overtime thriller. The Wolves would then go back to Dona Larsen Field to host the Kuna Kavemen with the hopes of repeating what they did in week two (beating Kuna 31-21). Even with receiver Hudson Lewis (Jr.) having a handful of touchdowns and a back of the end zone, toe-tap catch by receiver Shelby Idol (Sr.), Timberline lost 37-35.
This marks the end of the Timberline Varsity Football season finishing the year with a record of 6-4 and 3rd in the Southern Idaho Conference (SIC).
Way to go Wolfpack!
