While everyone was trying to speculate about the Prom theme, hosted by the Student Council, People missed the Senior Prom hosted for senior citizens on Tuesday, March 4th, 2025. The prom was hosted by Community Wolf Connection, at Dick Eardly´s Senior Center, with an audience of 150 attendees.
The Senior Citizen Prom hosted this previous Tuesday, themed as the Secret Garden, was proven to be an absolute blast. The Prom had a variety of activities, games, and food, including 2 line dances by the Community Wolf Connection students, a Prom King and Queen, photo booth, bingo, pool table, poker, a pasta bar, and much more! This annual Prom, like the 16 others preceding it, has been a great place for senior citizens to gather and socialize with today’s teens and branch out to other seniors looking for connection. With the talented Timberline Jazz band in the background, it sets a high standard for future dances. The night was able to make someone else´s particularly special, Lilly Rodriguez. It was Lilly´s birthday that day and she also happened to become the Prom Queen of the night, making an especially special night for her special day! The Prom King of the night was Ted Coskey, marking it a fun night for him. This night was a fun time for all ages and marked the 17th year of the Senior Citizen Prom being hosted.
