(Girls) Timberline vs Ridgevue February 8, 2025
Even after dropping to the Loser’s Bracket, the Wolves hope of making State were not diminished. They would have to either win out the Loser’s Bracket (guaranteeing a state spot) or win game 1 then lose game 2, forcing a winner to state play-in game. Game 1 of the Loser’s Bracket would see the Wolves face the Ridgevue Warhawks, who earlier in season on January 28, 2025, lost 54-63 at home against the Wolves. Even though Timberline’s lighting didn’t strike twice when facing Eagle, it did strike down the Warhawks yet again with Timberline winning 51-28. Timberline’s player of the tournament so far is Fanci Sackett (Sr.) who is currently averaging a double-double with averages of 11.3 points and 11.7 rebounds. The Wolves look to face the Borah Lions in a “winner to state” game on February 11, 2025 at 6 PM (KUNA).

(Boys) Timberline vs Ridgevue February 7, 2025.
With a statement win over the Boise Brave, the Wolves looked to their final away game of the regular season taking on the Ridgevue Warhawks. Yet again the trio of Alex Ko (Sr.), Kole Hudson (Jr.), and Collin Morris (So.) led the Wolves in points with a combined 49 points. By the time it was the 4th quarter, Timberline had a big enough lead to sub in all the players who haven’t got playing time in the game yet. Noah Swanson (Sr.) took this opportunity and drained a big time three. The Wolves hope to carry this momentum into their final game of the season against the Capital Eagles on February 12, 2025 at 7:30 PM (SENIOR NIGHT HOME).
